Adrian Rubi

The technician and agricultural expert.

Growing up on a farm, he developed a deep understanding early on of the importance of healthy, fertile soils. This interest led him to study environmental engineering (BSc), specializing in organic farming and horticulture in Wädenswil.

Adrian Rubi runs his own farm Halterhus in Ruswil, where arable farming and suckler cow farming are central. With a focus on regenerative agriculture, he combines hands-on experience with solid expertise, relying on the strengths of compost tea and targeted foliar fertilization

Today, Adrian is both a practitioner and a consultant. He contributes his technical knowledge and experience to the further development of sustainable production systems. His goal is to shape agriculture in a way that strengthens soils, water, and biodiversity—while producing high-quality food.
