You can return unopened goods within 14 days of the shipping date. Swiss law gives no statutory right of return for online purchases. We grant these rules voluntarily, and they supplement our general terms and conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Let us know before you send anything back: email info@edapro.ch<\/a> with your order number and the items you are returning.<\/li>\n\n
  2. Send the goods unopened and well packed in their original packaging to: EDAPRO GmbH, Halterhus 1, 6017 Ruswil, Switzerland.<\/li>\n\n
  3. Once the goods have arrived and we have checked them, we refund the amount, minus the handling fee.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
